These people are disgusting. Please don’t support this kind of reckless behavior. To bring 18 children into this world with no regard for your effect on the planet or anyone else is purely SELFISH, irresponsible and disturbing.

I can’t believe the Dugger family. Yes you have a nice home and good for you to have strong morals and beliefs. However, there are so many children out there who would love nothing more to have a family and be loved by a mom and dad and siblings. Have you ever thought of adoption or foster parenting? It makes me sick that there are so many children out there who need homes, and here you guys are having child after child after child. WHy not help out a child that is less fortunate!? The Duggers are a republican breeding farm and for being such “Christian” folk, youd think they’d think of other people a little more….You guys make me sick!!!!

These people are odious religious fanatics who subscribe to an extremist christian philosophy (Quiverfull Movement)that beleives it is their duty to spread their beleifs by having as many children as possible. I feel so sorry for their daughters, who are being brainwashed to beleive their happiness and life’s purpose is to get married to a man (her spiritual leader)her parents deem fit and then punch out baby after baby. Ugh, just disgusting.

I bought this book because being a first time parent I wanted to know more about motherhood, tips about raising healthy infants, such as meal making or some home easy safe remedies for children etc. instead I just bought the written version of the television show, what a waste of money! Save your money and wait for it to be at the $1 dollar store.
